A little over a week ago I had all green check marks on my system check (including Web Services). Then a student said they weren't able to access Moodle (classes). I don't recall making any intervening changes to settings that would have caused this but with so many updates, I may not be recalling correctly. Anyway, I went to the System Check and I see it now has a red check mark next to Web services. I receive this error:

An unexpected error happened: 28260048: Invalid response value detected | DEBUG INFO: joomdle_auth => Invalid response value detected: Invalid external api response: the value is "", the server was expecting "int" type | ERRORCODE: invalidresponse

Can you give me an idea of what I can do to correct this issue? Thank you.

PS - The other odd things is that I didn't know of this issue because on my admin account, I CAN access the classes. However, I created a student test account and found students (or non-admins) cannot sign in to courses. Not sure if this makes a difference but I thought I should add it, just in case.

It's normal that your admin user can access, as he is not using joomdle.

As for error in system check:
- Check that networking is enabled in Moodle
- Check that Joomdle auth plugin is enabled in Joomdle
