joomdle can't "Enrol into course"

hi.
the "Enrol into course" was correctly working but i don't know what was happen and now it is not work and show the "COM_JOOMDLE_SELF_ENROLMENT_NOT_PERMITTED".
i check the return from my moodle and it is empty.(i test this return in the other couple of joomdle and moodle and it is return "self")
Certainly, the problem in moodle side because when i change the moodle to other moodle site,the joomdle work correctly.
i check the moodle Config changes from Report,but i can't find any important change.
i guess the cause of problem is in the language setting.
note:the self-enrolment in moodle side is enable.

That seems to indicate that self-enrolment is not enabled in course.

self enroll is enable in the moodle course.but the xml-rpc response is emty.the method for enrol the user in moodle is correctly call.

Maybe it's disabled at site level? Try self-enroling directly in moodle to see if it works.

I test that.i create the new user in moodle and create new course.
with the new user account i can self-enrol in the new course and old course correctly.It's work in moodle directly.

I am sorry, but I have never seen that behaviour, so I don't know what's happening.
