In Moodle Update, enrol_joomdle plugin missing

When I updated Moodle today to 3.1.3, I get this error / notice

Disabled Uninstall AdditionalMissing from disk!

I have joomdle 1.0.8 and the activation method shows correctly.
In joomla, the system check shows all green.

I've searched forums form enrol_joomdle and cant seem to find answer if this affects anyone else.
Do I need to upload some other plugin

It seems that you forgot to copy enrol/joomdle folder from your old installation to the new one.

since i don't have my old folder (already cleaned it out), where would I find those files to reupload via FTP and where would I put them.

You can find the package enrol_joomdle.zip in the Joomdle package, inside moodle/ folder.
You can then just reinstall it using Moodle interface.
