Hi Edward.

You can see what config items mean here:
www.joomdle.com/wiki/Installing_Joomdle_...oomla#General_config

> At the front end, when I click “My course” menu; it shows like this. It doesn't show anything... I don't know why it look like this. How to fix it?

Do you have Joomla and Moodle on the same domain?

> 2. In addition, what does that "warning" mean? It showed at the front end.
Please provide link by email to this problem, as I haven't seen it in my installations.
Is this a clean install of Joomdle latest version?

> 3. I want to achieve the layout as your demo shows. Does it relate to the Joomla template?

Yes, the demo uses a 3rd party Joomla template, and also uses template override files, customized to make Joomdle views look more integrated with the demo template.

> 4. I want to achieve “Easysocial given points”, I installed the plugin, and enable “give points” in moodle. The document said I need to add the rules to Easysocial. I don’t know how and where to add. Can you show me how to achieve “Give points” in Easysocial?

You need to go to Easysocial backend, User Points and click Discover. New rules should appear if Joomdle Easysocial points plugin is enabled.

Dear Antonio,

Need your continued support:

1.> At the front end, when I click “My course” menu; it shows like this. It doesn't show anything... I don't know why it look like this. How to fix it?
Do you have Joomla and Moodle on the same domain?
Ans: Yes, please review our two websites, and let me know if you need to login to check relating settings, I will email you the login account.
www.worldedu.us
classroom.worldedu.us

2. In addition, what does that "warning" mean? It showed at the front end.
Please provide link by email to this problem, as I haven't seen it in my installations.
Is this a clean install of Joomdle latest version?
Ans: We will send you the link soon (my colleague, Nancy will do it soon.)
Yes, we install the latest Joomdle 1.1.3 on Joomla 3.81 and Moodle 3.3.1

3. I want to achieve the layout as your demo shows. Does it relate to the Joomla template?
Yes, the demo uses a 3rd party Joomla template, and also uses template override files, customized to make Joomdle views look more integrated with the demo template.
And: Please view our site www.worldedu.us and give us some suggestions. How much would it cost us for your professional customization service?

Ans: My colleague, Nancy, will follow up and see if we can solve the issue.

Thank you again and look forward to your continued support.

Hi Edward.

That's not really the same domain, but a subdomain.
Due to Javascript security restrictions, wrapper auto-height only works when Joomla and Moodle are on the same domain, like: www.worldedu.us/courses

I am sorry, but do not work on design/style related projects, as it is outside our area of expertise. However, you should be able to find Joomla designers/developers able to work on it, as they only need to work on the layout.

Thank you, Antonio.

We will reinstall Moodle into a sub-folder under worldedu.us, and then get back to you the results.
