bug story:
1-in the moodle, i create for example Online class(in my case adobe connect or big blue button) or some activityA and then remove that for some reason and then create activityB.
2- go to joomla and see that course content as guest and the i can see activityA+activityB (but i remove activityA in step 1) and if i login to joomla i see only activity B.
how to solve this?

Most probably you are not correclty running Moodle cron, which is responsible to complete activity deletion.

i understand that this thread is old but i have this problem yet...i run all cron manually in moodle and run many thing as cron. but joomdle show that in joomla but we can not see in moodle course page.

why joomdle webservice not show only activity is accessible in moodle course page for guest? for enroled user it show correctly but for guest user not show correctly

I just tested, and it is working as expected:
1 - Delete activity in Moodle
2 - Go to Joomla, course contents still shows activity
3- Run moodle cron
4- Go to Joomla, course contents does not show activity anymore

If it does not work for you, maybe you have a problem with the cron job. Run it from the browser and check that it is not reporting problems.

please say me what cron is responsible for delete activity complete? i run that each by each manually and also all of that but it is not work.i spend many time on it.

i do that and also use many time:
MY_MOODLE_URL/admin/cron.php?password=*******
but it is not resolve my problem...maybe return some problem in some crons... and i am in checking crons one by one. but i can not find what cron is responsible for completely deletion activity. do you understand that? i know that is not joomdle issue.
