Web Services Troubleshooting - Invalid token was created by Adolfina Bory Palobo
Hi, I am evaluating the component .

System check all shows green except Web Services. If I test RPC as suggested in the wiki I obtain the following:
curl ' joomla.localdomain/index.php?option=com_...server&format=xmlrpc '
XML-RPC Error (1): Invalid token:
If I start a new session in Moodle it says:

servicenotavailable

Web service is not available (it doesn't exist or might be disabled)

In joomdle check I see this error:

Joomdle Web Services An unexpected error happened: 23000021: Access control exception | ERRORCODE: accessexception

Moodle is 3.4.1 Attached is a screen print of configuration parameters relating to "service.

Joomla is 3.8.3

The wiki seems out of date with Moodle 3.4. For example "You must enable the Moodle Network auth plugin in Moodle Admin->Users->Authentication->Manage Authentication."
That area of Moodle Admin appears not to exist anymore.

Best wishes
Please advise

Hi.

Thanks for the tip on the docs, I will review them soon.

> System check all shows green except Web Services.
What's the error in this check?

I cannot see anything on the attached pic, as it is very small.

Did you enter the token from Moodle in Joomdle config in Joomla?

I don't kno why you have so many tokens, but it seems the right one is the one starting with 9, and you put the one with 7?
