joomla extensions update

get an odd message in my joomla 3.8.5, it is still reporting that joomdle core needs to be updated. once update is installed (joomdle) it shows it as 1.2 and that the newer version is 1.2.0 from the joomla updater. It updated fie and works and maybe just a syntex error

Thanks for the bug report, I hadn't noticed that
Problem is caused by having 1.2.0 in the updater, and 1.2 in the xml file.

We will need to release a new package to fix it, but you can trust that upgrade went ok.
I think we'll do it tomorrrow.

I have now published a new release wit version 1.2 instead of 1.2.0, so if you go to your updates and click on "Find updates" so that is reloads, you should not see the pending update anymore.
