First of all, thank you for bringing Moodle and Joomla together. installation works great. We are just starting our school.

Prior to installing Joomdle, we had 3 superusers. I want to make them Joomdle users, but there is no check box beside their names.

Am trying to get SSO working, and read where you said make sure all three ticks in Joomdle Users are checked. How do I do that without check boxes next to those users names? I've used the first two sync buttons both ways.

Also, new users created after Joomdle install have check boxes, and I've done "Migrate Users To Joomdle". But am still left with three superusers that have no check boxes. I looked in my Joomla database, and nothing is there.

Hi. We are glad that you are finding Joomdle useful.

As for your question: we recommend to keep an admin that is not a joomdle user, so you don't lose access to Moodle site if there is any problem with Joomdle.
To enforce that, we do not place checkboxes next to admin accounts.
If you want to make some of them Joomdle users (remember to keep one that is not) you can do it by going to Moodle, and changing user's auth method to Joomdle.
If accounts exist in Joomla and Moodle with same username, that will sync accounts.
If you only have account in one place, you'll need to create in the other with same username, and then change auth method in Moodle.
