New Server - Broken Connection

I just moved my Joomla/Joomdle/Moodle site form one cpanel server to another.

The first 4 items in the system check are green and good to go.

However, the final 2 are not working.

Sometimes Moodle to Joomla HTTP connectivity shows green, but other times it does not.

Joomdle Web Services indicates "Received empty response from Moodle"

After hours of trying to figure this out, I could use some ideas of what to try and troubleshoot especially since this was a direct move of the account - so no settings changed.

Perhaps I have something running on the new server that is incompatible?

This is weird if it changes. Could indicate some load-balancing or similar not perfoming ok.
