Joomdle Configuration page is broken (No save button)

Hi there,

I have been having this issue for a while, JoomdleConfiguration page in Joomla is broken.

I cannot see save button on the configuration page does not load any admin theme styles (it is just a simple HTML page).

To resolve this issue, I have created a clone of the Joomla site and trying to find the save button to update the Moodle URL.

I see this error at the bottom of the page,

XML-RPC Error (23000021): Access control exception | ERRORCODE: accessexception

Apart from this issue, everything else works (SSO is fine, users can access Joomla and Moodle without any problems).

I have got Joomdle 1.1.3 on both Joomla 3.7.3 and Moodle 3.4.

System Check ( I have green ticks for everything except the last one saying Joomdle version is different in Joomla and Moodle).

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

It seems you may be running an outdated Joomdle version in Moodle.
Try upgrading Joomdle in Joomla and Moodle to current version, I think that should fix your problem. Or at least, upgrade Joomdle in Moodle to 1.1.3.
