Installing enroll_joomdle plugin broke moodle was created by jlimbo
Joomla v3.8.13, joomdle v1.2.1, moodle 3.5.2+
I have installed everything on my local server and all was working just fine. I installed the enroll_joomdle plugin into moodle and since then moodle won't load. In joomla I get a blank page, if i go directly into moodle, i get a can't connect to site error as if I were trying to access a remote site without an internet connection

Hi.
I don't kno what the problem might be. I just tested latest moodle, and installed enrol_joomdle without any problems.

Where in Joomla?

Sorry, I don't understand what you mean here.

Blank space is in joomla content section, error message is like a dead link.
Is there a way of removing the plugin directly from the database?

You can try removing it from moodle/enrol folder, to see if that helps.
But I don't think joomla not showing has anything to do with it, unless you are using some joomdle modules in that page.

Removing from enroll folder didn't work
I agree joomla is not the problem. Its got to be moodle, but i'm in no doubt that it was installing the plugin that triggered the issue as the problem started as soon as the install process completed

In Joomla, disable all Joomdle modules and plugins and try opening front page. That should work, as it would not load any Joomdle/Moodle code.

I've tried that, but it's moodle not joomla that's the issue. Joomla can no longer talk to moodle because the url to moodle is a dead link. When I try to open the moodle url, it's like the site no longer exists

I tried installing enrol plugin in Moodle 3.5.2+ and had no problems, so maybe problem is coming from somewhere else.
If you cannot open Moodle URL on its own, you'll need to check server logs to try to find out what's happening. I cannot really tell you anything else from here with the info you provided.
