Joomdle hook User plugin conflicting with another user plugi

Hi,

I am using Joomla 3.9.23 the latest version but every time I enable the Hook user plug in - It freeze my site. the posted reply above is bit old about 3 year ago and i tried that solution but does not work for me. I tried to enable redirect-less SSO;

and follow this; but it does not work:
joomla joomdle cookie path:
/joomla/moodle/
moodle session handler cookie path:
/joomla/moodle/

To set the cookie path in joomlas joomdle go to components -> joomdle ->configuration

To set the cookie path in moodle go to Moodle->Site Administration->Server->Session Handling

any one can point me the right direction?

As for your issue: what do you mean with: It freeze my site

Also: are Joomla and Moodle on the same domain? Is system check all green? Is the user you are testing with a Joomdle user (ie: in Joomdle ->Users in Joomla, it has 3 green ticks)
