Hi Antonio,

I have a case where a Joomla article is set up in j2store to sell a course. The site is running Community Builder. Everything is working as it should - people buying the course are enrolled in Moodle.

My client wanted to offer the course at a discount in a special campaign. So he copied the Joomla article and gave the product a different price, but everything remained the same. However, when someone buys the course through this copied article, the sale goes through but the student is not enrolled in the Moodle course.

The only difference that I can see between the original article and the copied article (and I just finally noticed this so I'm still going to submit this before testing) is that the copied article is in a different Joomla category.

Do all the j2store products need to be in the same Joomla category for student's to be successfully enrolled in the Moodle course?

Is there something else that may be going on?

Hi Tim.

Category is most probably the issue. You can see in Joomdle config, shop section, the category configured for courses. Only the articles in that category will be treated as courses.
