Joomdle plugin how to transfer

I have bought a plugin for 1 year and I want to transfer the license to an institutional account manager. How can I do that?

I bought the plugin for 1 year for an institution and a person in DRC who does not have a credit card. He is the one who needs to use the plugin, not me.
Therefore I would like to transfer my account to him, without him using my e-mail address. I do not need myself the account, I am a teacher not the moodle platform administrator.

Ok, I understand now. You can send the name and email of the person you want to transfer to (you can send to development at joomdle email address).
I will change the data, and let you know, so the real user can ask for a password reset and log in.
