Hit a dead end, where do I get the Moodle Auth code was created by David Henry
Hi Guys,
I'm noobietastic!
prnt.sc/kje8bu-2QMnQ
I've created the token with no IP or time restrictions, but I get this error: prnt.sc/-Iew_LQ1wBmc
I've double checked everything, including the user auth which seems correct: prnt.sc/8hyDi9LAri3R
Any ideas where I'm going wrong?
David

Hi.
> I've created the token with no IP or time restrictions
The install process should have created this token for you, so normally there's no need to add one yourself. Did you check if is there first?

Thanks Antonio,
Yes, but it was created by another user so I couldn't see the token itself.

Sorry, I don't understand. The Moodle can see all the tokens. So you should log in as the admin to see it.

from what I know, I can only see the tokens I have created, see:
prnt.sc/JQLk1f6VOXUv
As you can see, the auto-generated one is blank.

I think the admin show see them all....but anyway: what I would do is delete all tokens related to Joomdle, and create a new one.
If everything was installed correctly, that procedure should give you a working token. That is, unless there's something wrong going on....
If you can't manage to get it working, I would start over:
- Delete the Joomdle service in Web services section
- Remove joomdle connector user
- Uninstall Joomdle plugin
- Install Joomdle plugin again
This way, the automatic set up process should run and create everything you need.

All sorted, that worked plus updating the joomdle capabilities on the external service.
