Getting Joomla users pushed to Moodle problems

Hi there,

We have it set to autocreate Joomla Users in Moodle, but it doesn't happen.

When I go into the user manager and click the Add users to Moodle button, nothing happens either. Are there other settings that need to be configured before this will work? See: prnt.sc/UYJLu3ewfO48

No, there are no more settings that I can think of.

The first thing is to make sure system check is all green, is it?

Also one thing: disable redirect-less SSO and logout, as these won't work across domains. Normal, redirect-based SSO should work fine.

Yes, all green lights in system check.

I've switched off redirectless SSO for both:https://prnt.sc/lc2-wWKsjrt_

I then created a new user, and can see it's not a Moodle user, even if I click "add users to Moodle" still nothing happens, not even an error.

I must be missing something, I've managed to "add users to Moodle" with an existing user, but that's not what we need
