Dates of the Core Joomdle and Plugins

Antonio, I see that the dates on the latest Joomdle update 2.3.0 date are still 2010-04-02. This is also the same for plugins and extensions. When checking version dates this becomes confusing on upgrades within Joomla. Is this by design or just an oversight?

I am not sure what you refer to. If you are talking about the date shown in the Extension Manager, that's the creation date of the plugin, not the date of this specific version.
You can see that with other plugins from Joomla, which have dates from 2005, 2010, etc.

If you refer to something else, please give me some more info.

Yes, it is the date in the extension manager. Did not know that it was the original date of development. Just makes it confusing to see which extensions were not updated.

But I guess that is a Joomla issue since in Moodle it shows the latest version date.

You are right, Moodle is different in that regard ... I just followed the established practice in each platform.
