Blank screen is all I get was created by Emma13
I installed the latest version. Plugin installed and activated. Using the component in the menu I only get a white screen. You can find Joomla under
busdienst.org
and Moodle under
ls.busdienst.org/moodle
Any suggestions?

Hi. I can't see any joomdle links in your site. Can you point me to them?
Also, I think the easier way to start testing is with the joomdle_courses module, as its code is very small.
If you can, try installling and activating the modukle and we can start debugging from there.

Installing the modul is no problem, activating the modul is no problem, but: as soon as the modul is activated you can not reach the whole page.

Ok. That usually means that some error is halting the loading.
Best chance would be xml-rpc functions. Please, check your php info page in joomla and see if you have the xml-rpc block.

Hi. Then that is the problem: you don't have XML-RPC for PHP installed /activated.
You should ask your hosting provider to enable it for you.

Thanks, I asked for that last year and he said he did. I reopen the ticket. I will be online again when the package will work.

OK. The provider thinks he has activated the php xml-rpc functions, but I can't see them in Joomla. Could you tell the file names of the xml-rpc function so the provider can check that the needed files are really on site?

It is not about files directly. You have to have a XML-RPC block in php info, which means the XML-RPC extension is installed.
Your provider has to install that extension, files involved are platform specific.
