XML-RPC Error (704): The RPC service is not runnin

Hola Antonio, instale los modulos de la pagina, estoy trabajando en forma local y me daba el error de Warning: file_get_contents en los modulos, era por q tenia mal la direccion, la cambie a
Joomla = http://localhost/Joomla/moodle con el (http:)
y en moodle = http://localhost/Joomla/

creo q esta bien asi... pero ahora me aparece la pantalla en blanco con este error

XML-RPC Error (704): The RPC service is not runnin

Antonio, perdon si este no es el lugar para postear esto
te comento algo mas q pasa, cuando quiero entrar al componente en Joomla de Joomdle, en usuarios me da el mismo error
XML-RPC Error (704): The RPC service is not running on this host.
no se si ayuda, si vuelvo atras y los deshabilito anda bien todo lo demas

yo todabia no tengo usuarios creados, solo los admin para entrar a moodle y a joomla

No hay problema: entra en Joomdle->System check en el backend.

Oki gracias, en casa lo veo, perdon pero que tendria que buscar ahi.
Por otra parte pense en volver a instalar todo. por q lo hice por separado, osea por un lado configure el joomla y por otro el moodle y desp lo copie y lo puse dentro de joomla y tal vez por ahi anda el error. q desastre

Godaddy has provided me with the following information today:

I have verified with our Advanced Support team that XMLRPC is enabled on all Linux hosting accounts by default. However, the function can only be used through Pear. If your script is not accessing the function through Pear, it will not be able to properly call XMLRPC for use.

Again, you should not have to add any lines to your php5.ini to enable this feature.

Does this mean that joomdle will not work on with this hosting provider or is there a method to call the function through PEAR?
