GETTING THE 403 ERROR ON LOGIN

Hi I have a problem using joomdle .3 with Community Builder I installed Joomdle .3 Everything went well and the program seems to work well.
My problem : When someone logins on the front end.As soon as the login button is pushed I get a 403 error. A refresh of the page back to the front end and it shows I am logged in and from that point on everything appears to work fine. What can i do please ?

If so, check moodle/auth/joomdle folder permissions.

I'm on windows XP using XAMPP how can i check for the permissions of this folder please

it may be helpfull to know that plugin "joomdle hooks cb" is not installed on my server. May be this is the problem when i try to install it i have an error message saying that "there is no Joomla xml file in the installation pack". Still waiting for an issue please

i have changed the permissions of the folder but still have the same problem. So please remember me

i can access my file throw browser by following this link. So i suppose that the permission on the folder is good. Please what can i do else
