Invalid email when logging in & editing profile

Hi guys,

I've got a clean bill of health in Joomdle system check, and the accounts seem to be synchronising, however when the user logs in they're prompted to update their profile, yet it says email invalid (and the email does not appear, almost seems to be a locked field or not present?) - when I check out the back end, the email has not been synchronised to moodle.

Any suggestions where to start?

Also I manually changed a transaction to Pending but the course isn't available in the back end - assume it requires a transaction return from paypal or something?

1) Did you set any additional data source? Did you define mappings?

2) You are right: it does not work by confirming orders in back end, only with real paypal notifications.

I've mapped the data to VM now - seems to work.

I'm not using Paypal, am trying to use the other payment methods patch

Just modified the docs that reflect that, in fact, the name of the patch is misleading.
As I said in other thread, ht has been designed for Authorize.net only, and will most likely not work with HSBC.
