Course Registration Via Virtumart not complete was created by Brian Cunningham
Am I correct in assuming that a course discounted 100% in Virtumart will not automatically register a student into a course because it does not go through paypal?

Is this true of Tienda as well? I am thinking of moving to tienda anyway because the IPN modification needed for Virtumart will be an issue. Are there any pro's or con's in using Tienda?

I just tested with Tienda, with a course price set to 0$, and it works well: enrolment is made fine.

I don't know of any upsides/downsides for VM vs Tienda. Joomdle offer the same features for both of them.
