Hi.

As for deleting your usernames, that happened because you still have errors in system check, which prevent Moodle from contacting Joomla, so when 'syncing', moodle got no info, and left it blank.

As for why this is happening... I really don't know, if the URL is right. It may have something to do with the fact that the server is using private IPs too, but I am not sure.

If i were to contact my server again.. what should i ask them? are there any settings that they can change so this will work?

No, I think what is needed is to do debugging on the site to find out what is happening.

I would put in the check_joomdle_system function in administrator/components/com_joomdle/helpers/content.php, to print the response from Moodle, to see if it gives us any hints.

I have the file open (content.php) in Dreamweaver, but i'm not the best at coding what and where do i write in order to add that

Put:
print_r ($response);

After:
$response = JoomdleHelperContent::call_method_debug ('system_check');

In check_joomdle_system() function.

Then, visit notifications to see the printed output.
