I'm trying to install Joomdle in Moodle. I've copied the auth_joomdle.zip files to the appropriate location on my server, but when I go to Notifications in the Moodle Administration Menu and then click Upgrade, I get this message. What am I doing wrong. When I copied the plugin to my server, I uploaded the whole zip file and unpacked it on the server and put all of the contents of the zip file in the moodle/auth/joomdle folder. What should I do now?
Here is the error message that I get when I'm trying to install Joomdle:
Plugin is not compatible with Moodle 2.x or later.
Stack trace:
* line 294 of /lib/upgradelib.php: plugin_defective_exception thrown
* line 1352 of /lib/upgradelib.php: call to upgrade_plugins()
* line 290 of /admin/index.php: call to upgrade_noncore()
Thanks.

I am also experiencing the same error. I use Moodle 2.01 the latest package. Is there something wrong with he joomdle package that I downloaded? or is there a genuine bug?
I request an early solution .. I understand it's a holiday session.
Thanks for the good work..

You need to unzip package in auth/ folder, which will create a joomdle/ folder, where files are located. Do you have it like that?
I have not tested Moodle 2.01 yet, sa there might be an issue there.

Hi all,
just registered to the site to answer you
Same happened to me. Then I've realized that I should use the auth_joomdle plugin located under moodle20 folder..
Please try it, and let us know if it worked.
