I am a newbie to this forum but not a newbie to Joomla or Moodle. I have searched the boards for an answer but it either does not exist or is in Spanish.

My question is this:
Is the a workaround to enabling XMLRPC in php5?
I use the shared host service 1and1 and they do not offer this extension. And they will not enable it on a shared server....period. I know I can move to another service or a dedicated server, but every client we have is on this service. Incorporating Moodle with Joomla would be a huge benefit but moving all clients to other servers would represent a major time-challenge and is not a possibility at this time. So naturally I am looking for a workaround if one exists.
Thank you in advance for your input.

Hi.
I am sorry, but there is no workaround. Joomdle uses XMLRPC for all communications, so it won't run without the XMLRPC PHP extension.
