Did you upload the 2 files, and visited call_ip.php?

It makes no sense to me to use a different IP to reach the same server....

As I said, I never saw this behaviour, so you will need to contact your provider to know what is going on, and why you get a different address on each run.

Unfortunately, the provider responds in this way

to inform you that the hosting solution linux register.it is on a platform in which to cluster consisting of more 'balanced machines together so the machines final answer may be different.

You can not however provide the internal IP addresses of machines.

That is weird

I am sorry, but for Joomdle to work in your setup you would need to do custom modifications, as it is prepared to work on a fixed IP enviroment.
