Moodle 2.0 Auth Token - Enable Web Services

Following on the heels of this:

I'm stumped a bit too. I get to the "Create token" page in 2.0 and I don't know what to do. There is no options for selection in the Service* required box.

Any suggestions?

I figured it out. I'm not sure how, but I did it.

I think I created an EMPTY External service. Then I went down to the
Advanded Features >> Plugins >> Web Services >> Manage Tokens -

when I attempted to create the token, it asked me to add the users for joomdle.

I add all my users only becuase from the above page (Add user as authorized user for the service) only becuase they are all permitted administrators
