[closed] jomsocial 2.x profile types not working in joomdle

I don't have the Default itemid and Joomdle itemid fields completed in the Configuration screen. Would that have anything to do with it? Where would I find these Itemid values?

Any other ideas? I'm desperately need these to work or my entire product offering/site will not work together. Any ideas or help you can offer would be appreciated!!

I continued to try to troubleshoot the issue, but no success.

I have JomSocial Profile Types (JSPT) installed. I turned off the multiple profiles in JomSocial as JSPT requires that to work. I have four published JSPT profiles, and Joomdle settings "additional source" and "profile types" are still set to JomSocial.

I thought to change the Profile Types setting in Joomdle to JSPT but it's not an option. It only shows None and JomSocial.

I know you guys were pretty busy last week, but if you could offer any ideas or suggestions I'd appreciate it!

I inserted it but it still is not showing anything in the Profile Types tab.

I'm concerned that something went wrong in my original installation, because there was no profiletypesjs.php file to replace. While the System Check shows all green, I sense something else may be wrong.

Is there a way to reinstall without having to reconfigure everything in Moodle?

Unbelievably, it appears that the developer I had install Joomdle. Installed an older version.

I'm installing the latest now. I'll let you know if that corrects the issue.
