I have same problem. When i uncheck "Autoheight in wrapper" it seems to be ok, but heigh of frame is shorter then site frame and i have to use scroll bars. Any suggestions how i can fix this? And another question: How can i remove moodle menu from iframe? I mean i want to get course content but i can get whole site within frame.

I have no idea why you are getting this behaviour.
If you can post/send privately a link to your site showing the wrapper, I could take a look to see if I see something strange.
As for removing moodle menu, that would be a matter of modifying Moodle template. I am not into design, so I can't help more there.

Rendercart let me see his site, and now we may be onto something.
For you others who have the same problem: are you hosting moodle and joomla on separate domains? If so, can you comment on your domain config?
Like:
J: joomla.site.org
M: moodle.site.org
Or:
J: site.org
M: moodle.site.org
Thanks for your help,
Antonio

I have my moodle in a folder called eutb. My path is then
www.domain.se/eutb
for moodle and
www.domain.se
for joomla. Could it have something to do with this?
Thanks

I have made a subdomain for Modle
www.eutb.domain.se
and joomla is still in
www.domain.se
. This does not help. Is there any other idee about this problem?
I see that there are many views in this subject and I hope that perhaps someone can help me with this.

If they are sitting on same domain, like you said:
www.domain.se/eutb for moodle and www.domain.se for Joomla.
Then, it does not seem likely that it is related to domain issues in your case.
Send me a PM if you want with a link to your site, so I can check for errors live to confirm.

*Update*
Antonio have been on my site but we can not figure out the problem. It looks like iFrame height is set to zero.
Thank you Antonio so far. I hope you or someone else on this forum can come up with a solution.

I'd very much like to see a solution to this.
My Joomla Install: 365daysofeverything.com
My Moodle Install: 365daysofeverything.com/365U
It seems when the wrapper is in place that it shows for a few moments, but then flashes to 1px high, no matter what the height set in the back end admin.
I'm not in a huge hurry. I'm in BETA right now with my team, testing the Moodle system. I have until late May to get it figured out.
I'm happy to allow access as needed.
Joomla 1.5.2 (I'll upgrade soon)
Joomdle 0.51
Moodle 2.0.2

Antonio, I'll switch it. I had turned off the wrapper.

Done. I also have an admin account ready, if you'd like it.
