[SOLVED] Admin User Sync was created by Heather
I have searched the forums, and I realize that you ON PURPOSE don't allow syncing of admin users.

Thing is, I have a growing network/community where my Super Admins will also be instructors AND students (we offer them courses in professional development, and they are developing classes for their niche markets)in my Moodle site.

So, my question is this:

Can I set their accounts to "registered," then sync them, then switch them back to admin in Joomla?

I saw that your concerns are that someone may get locked out of their site. I have a Super-Admin account that I need not use in Moodle... but also, I know how to workaround with the db, so is there a way to remove the block, or better yet, switch the block to just ONE super Admin user?

Thank you!

(I'm sure I'll find many more questions... I just got everything downloaded and installed last night, so today is configuring and reading through the forums to prep for the questions I don't yet know I have.)

Hi.

As you say, admin sync is not allowed for security reasons.

That said, there is nothing stopping you from doing what you suggest to work around the check.
I am pretty sure making them registered, syncing, and back admins will work.
