Hello, I am working on a shared hosting server which doesn't have the extension XMLRPC enabled. I asked them if they could enable it. Their reply was that to have such extension enabled I would have to purchase dedicated or virtual hosting which is a lot more expensive. Is there another solution for this? Can joomdle work without this extension? Or, can you recommend a hosting server(company) that will provide the right environment for this system(Joomla and Moodle integrated)? Thank you for your attention. All the best.

Hi.

I am sorry, but Joomdle cannot work without the PHP XMLRPC extension.

There are many hosting providers that support it. The one we usually work with is Hostgator, which works flawlessly.

If you want to contract Hostgator services, you can do so following this link. Doing so will help the Joomdle project:

thank you Antonio, for your reply.
I guess we are talking about shared hosting. I am assuming that a shared hosting account with hostgator will provide the environment for this type of installation.
