Joomdle Users Screen

I'm confused by the users screen. Some users have negative id's and others do not have checkboxes stopping me from syncronising Joomla & Moodle.
I have attached a screenshot.
Can you explain what the screen is telling me please?
I'm also getting problems with logging on to Joomla. I key the correct username/pwd but get rejected & presented with login page again BUT Joomla backend->users shows me as logged on.
Is this situation familiar to you?

- Negative ids: these are moodle only users (we use the minus to differenciate)
- No checkboxes: Joomdle SSO is not meant to be used by admins, so you get no checkboxes for admin accounts.
As for your other problem: I don't know what can be happening.
You can try disabling joomdlehooks plugin, and I guess that will solve the problem. If it does, publish the plugin again, but make sure it is after the joomla user plugin, in execution order.

Thanks for the reply
Don't understand the point about checkboxes. I must be admin to log on to the back-end of Joomla to see the Joomdle->Users window. If I'm not admin but just registered I cannot get to this window.
Also, the login problem. Seems to be when I have more than one login on the same computer.
Example: try to enrol on a course. Buy the course which means I have to register on the site for Virtuemart purchase. Leave this browser session open & read email confirming my enrolment & click on link in email which opens a second browser window with a second login. Suddenly 2 instances of ME appear in Joomla logged on users & then one of me gets logged off by the system.

joomdle does not sync joomla admin user to moodle. so there is no checkbox . so SSo is not applicable for joomla admin

I am not quite sure if I understand your meaning here ... are you using logging into more than one user id. Perhaps an admin and a user (both in the front end) or both going to moodle? Or one in moodle and another in Joomla? If so, try using different browsers.
Eg. When I log into Joomla / Joomdle / Moodle with a 'student' id, I use chrome. When I do joomla admin or moodle admin I use firefox. So there is no confusion over the user sessions.
As Moodle does not have a front end and a back end, if you log into joomla as a student, using SSO, you are automatically logged into Moodle with the student id. So if you then open another Moodle window (same browser) and try to login with admin, you kick the student out of moodle. So you have broken the student session in moodle but not joomla. Using two different browsers overcomes such issues.

Thanks for the tip - different browsers! I did try using the old Mac + Safari for the admin login & windows for the student & that seemed to help.
I also noticed that Joomla Config $live_site was different from Moodle host url & Joomdle Moodle url (no 'www') so have tidied up those too. We shall see.
