The Requested Function Does Not Exist was created by Pete Kersker
After installation of Moodle 2.0+ and Joomla 1.5.14 and following the installation instructions for Joomdle, I ran the system check. It came back with the following error under the Joomdle Web Services section: The requested function does not exist. I tried both connection types and the error remains the same.

Any ideas?

Pete

Hi.

It seems you forgot to add some (or all) Joomdle functions to the web service you created.
Double check this step:

Thanks Antonio,

You got me into the right area. However, I didn't do this step correctly:
Configuring Joomdle for Moodle

Once these files have been copied to the moodle/auth/joomdle directory, visit Administration Menu → Notifications to complete plugin installation.

When I went to this menu selection, it had an "Upgrade" button that I needed to press. The instructions did not tell me to do this and I was hesitant to run something that said upgrade.

Anyway, once I did this, the other steps did not look as strange and fell into place. I had added functions to the web service, but they were the Moodle functions...not the Joomdle functions.

It appears to be working correctly now.

Thanks so much!
Pete
