No topics Displayed

Hi, i wondered if you would know of any reason why my topics would not be showing? They are set to show in the menu link and global config.
They are linking through to a moodle course, that contains a single lesson set as a topic.

I can only access it if i show the 'go to course' link. But this just links through to the moodle install. I wish to display them from within my joomla site.
I realise that there could be a number of reasons for this but Thanks for any help or any direction you can give

I am not quite sure what you mean by the "Moodel install". Aside from topics, is there anything else that does not work? Or does everything else work?

Also, you say "they are linking to a moodle course" and later you say "links through to the moodle install". Perhaps you can describe how you would like it to work too to help me understand your meaning / issue.

Here you see the topics being pulled through to the Joomla page. Of course this Moodle course is not designed / formatted well to exist inside Joomla, but the concept is there bringing across text, images and video appropriately.
