Disable joomdle without removing it completely was created by Lior
Hi,
I wish you bypass the joomdle system temporarily.
Can I do it without un-installing the whole package?
Thanks,
Lior

By disabling, what do you mean? Which functionality to you want to remove? SSO, pulling of courses, etc.

I moved to a new server which still don't have xmlrpc extension installed.
I can't enter the joomla/moodle because of this:
"Fatal error: Call to undefined function xmlrpc_encode_request() "
I wish to temporary disable this functionality.

Hi there,
There is no "disable" button / option. You may try disabling any Joomdle plugins that you have and see if this fixes your problem. If not, I think it would be safest to record down your configuration information and uninstall. The installation only takes a few minutes. It's the configuration that can take more time especially if you have problems.

What about all the user's data (login to moodle)?
When I un-install the joomdle, will I lose all the information?

OH. You didn't share you had live users before .... In my opinion, if you are going to put Joomdle back in, I would just get that fixed first otherwise you run the risk of users making changes to their passwords etc in Moodle and/or Joomla and loosing the syncronisation. It should only take your hosting company a few minutes for xmlrpc to be enabled. This will save you much trouble and cause less confusion for your users.
