Hello, I have been trying to workout me connection issue. Are you still providing troubleshooting and setup services?

I sent a detailed email with attachment to the developer team (development@joomdle.com) and no reply. Please advise.

Hi Steven, we have one email that came through last night around 10pm. Are there other emails that I should look out for?
