Embedding Joomdle/Moodle window into page on my website

Hello,

I have installed Joomdle and Moodle (1.9) and I am trying to figure out how to best integrate it with my Joomla 1.5 website. Here is my wish list:

1. I want to charge subscription access to the Joomdle pages of the website. Access to those pages would be for Registered members only (no guests). I plan on using AEC to do this (charge their card, set up their account, etc).

2. Students would log in on my website using the account subscription they purchased via AEC, and they would be able to view a special menu that would contain links to the list of classes.

3. The Joomdle/Moodle classes would be embedded in pages on the Joomla website, similar to the wireframe image I attached to this post.

4. I will be using WizIQ's Virtual Classroom to handle the classes, the recordings, etc. Does this play nicely with the specs above?

Is all of this possible? If so, how do I go about embedding the classroom onto a page within my Joomla website? I've read through a bunch of documentation online and cannot seem to find a solution for this. I just want to make sure I am on the right track before I go much further. Bottom line, I want the entire classroom experience to be within the pages of my website.

Thanks!

Hi there,

AEC intergration is not available at the moment. Although it could be developed as per the estimated costs specified in your email.

As for some of your other requirements, many are more Moodle-related, and thus you should seek assistance through moodle.org. The rest I have listed below ...

WizIQ
- Today, WizIQ has a moodle plugin the allows you to manage WizIQ sessions ( org.wiziq.com/moodle/ ). You could simply use Joomdle to click through to the moodle course which is offering WhizIQ classes. thus the WizIQ class would appear in a Joomdle wrapper.
- Alternatively, you could just connect with a Joomla wrapper. However, there would be no form of intergration, such as logins. Also, I have seen people suggest the sizing of wrapping a non integrated WizIQ doesn't look very nice as the size is too large to go nicely into a native wrapper.

The other point, Restrict mic access:
- This would be more related to the wizquiz tool.
