XML-RPC Error (7021) in test environment

Hi,
I'm about to transfer my Joomla-Moodle to a new server, and I get this error when testing the installation,
is there a way to completely disable Joomdle from the database so to view the Joomla again,
I've already disabled the Joomdle component, the 4 plugins and a module but the error keeps showing,

You can unistall it, but you should not see any errors if you really disabled all modules and plugins.
