[Closed] cannot install using extension manager

hi im new to joomdle and want to integrate it to joomla 1.5

when i try to install joomdle-joomla-package.zip using the extension manager it will just display the following error message:

* JFolder::files: Path does not point to a valid folder or the folder has been deleted.
* JFolder::folder: Path does not point to a valid folder or the folder has been deleted.
* JFolder::files: Path does not point to a valid folder or the folder has been deleted.
* Error! Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.

i also tried extracting the zip to the servers joomla tmp folder and used the install from directory and my whole linux server slowed down and need to restart the box.

using ubuntu 10.4
joomla 1.5.22
joomdle-0.52

Any other ideas on how to successfully install joomdle?

found the problem. directory and file permissions of the uploaded folder for joomdle-joomla-package.zip. it worked using the install from directory using extension manager.
