2CO and Bank Deposit enrollment

Iam in a country (Nigeria) where PayPal is not available, I am seting up a course store so that learners can pay through 2CO (2 checkout) and through bank deposited.

However, for bank deposited I have to confirm payment manually before the student can enrol in the course.

How do I achieve? Is there any patch to apply to the core VM file?

What about bank deposit mode of payment using 'ps_payment class' where confirmation is done manually and user is enrol once confirmation is done?

As for your first question: maybe you could use a modified version of the authorize.net patch found here:
