Cant Get Past Profile Edit Once Logged In

Hello,

I'm have trouble accessing courses after purchasing/logging in. I've set up a course bundle through Joomdle and linked it to Tienda. Once a user registers and purchases a bundle, they are directed to a "My Courses" page where they are prompted to edit their Moodle profile. Users are asked to update their name and email. Once this is done they still do not have access to their purchased courses. It just keeps redirecting them to this screen (attached). Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you-Max

According to the screen it is mandatory to enter more than just name and email. Are the rest of the fields updated too?
