[Solved] Authentication plugin CRXDQWHFA not found. was created by Robert
Hi,
Using Moodle 2.0.3 with R0.6, still in the process of installing all and got following error message under:
Home / ► Site administration / ► Plugins / ► Authentication / ► Manage authentication
Authentication plugin CRXDQWHFA not found.
Is it possible that this is due to the fact that my path is moodlesomethingelse/auth/joomdle instead of moodle/auth/joomdle ?
if so, is there a way to modify the path into moodlesomethingelse instead of moodle ?
Thanks for any hint !

Hi. I never saw that message.
Googling:
www.google.com/search?client=ubuntu&chan...FA&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8
It seems that strange folder name is related to Dreamweaver, so maybe you could look into that....

thanks for this .... indeed, I published the Joomdle Folder via Dreamweaver .. now I used the hosting web service upload tool and still get that message .. wonder if Dreamweaver has put a file somewhere or deleted something - since it says not found ....
I'll keep on searching ...

By the error, it seems there is such a folder on the /moodle/auth/ folder.

I now deleted that empty folder CRXDQWHFA and now I get under:
Home / ► Site administration / ► Plugins / ► Authentication / ► Manage authentication
Authentication plugin joomdle not found.
My Joomdle folder is under moodlesomethingelse/auth/joomdle instead of moodle/auth/joomdle ... could that be the problem ? - this would mean I have to re-install Moodle under a folder called moodle!

no, that is not the problem, Moodle folder name does not matter.
Just to be sure, I would start over: remove the joomdle folder, and upload it again. It seems the folder is there but it is missing files... maybe you have a subfolder inside that folder?
