Support for Moodle 2.1?

I'm creating a new Moodle site from scratch. Do I go with Moodle 2.1 or 2.0?

It seems there's an overhaul from 2.0 to 2.1, so I would prefer to start with 2.1.

This is really a question for the moodle guys over at moodle.org? From a Joomdle point of view, either is OK. What you should understand are the differences in Moodle to decide what is best for you.
