[Closed] Link from main menu to profile page

Hi there,

I am trying to make a link from the main menu to a users profile page (in the iframe), so they can edit it, I can only get to their page that details courses etc, the profile is another click on thier name.

Is is possible to link directly to their profile?

You don't specify if you are using CB, Jomsocial, Ambra, or anything profile page.

I just checked some code, and I think you cannot do that at the moment.

Hate to jack a post, but I am searching for the same functionality.

We use Community Builder with limited success. I can map fields but the user image cannot be mapped.

I would like to drop CB and the ability to allow users to edit their Moodle profile within Joomla would help.

Any information you could provide would be appreciated.

What you want is not currently possible.
However, Joomdle R0.7 includes support for CB avatar sync.

I have looked at the Mappings and see Avatar under CB/Joomla field, but don't see a relevant Moodle field.
How do we accomplish this?

Avatar in synced automatically, you don't need to map any fields.
