user upload Choose an authentication method

I am using moodle 2.1 and joomdle .6

I was previously using 2.0 and Joomdle .5

When I went to admin-> users->accounts->upload users

I would input a csv file... When I go to all the options of inputting the user, I would go to default values, hot advanced options and there would be Choose an authentication method, in 2.0 I was able to select joomdle, in 2.1 it is only giving me two options and joomdle is not one

Can you please assist on this.... This is a huge problem for me.

I want an email sent out to all the people I upload this way and when I used joomla before, it sent an email to the students I uploaded with a their username and password.

Please let me know if you have a better solution for this... In the csv file I am enrolling them into the courses and their role and these are free classes and they are hidden from people not enrolled

Are you sure bulk upload from Moodle worked for you?
I think Moodle does not auto-create Joomla accounts when creating users in batch mode.

What I have done other times is:
- Batch create in Moodle
- Use Joomdle Users page to migrate them to Joomla (which sends an email with the new password)

I am 98% positive it created a joomla account. I did a test CSV, the email was sent through Moodle for the student to confirm the account, I know it did that 100%. Then when I went to joomdle in my joomla I had three check marks for that test name.

Now I cannot get moodle to send the confirmation email, and it is only getting uploaded as a moodle upload... I just have companies that use our platform in moodle, we as a company upload their employees through csv through the upload user feature (not flat csv). I just need a way to seen the emails with the users name and password for them to get access to the courses.

I guess that is a Moodle problem then, if you say it was working in Moodle before. Maybe you could ask in Moodle forum....
