Can I reuse a joomdle module by duplicating and editing it was created by Aud
I am trying to duplicate and then modify a module (I want to use this twice but with different parameters selected)
mod_joomdle_courses
I duplicate it, change the name etc as below, install via Joomla module manager, but when I go to edit enable /edit the module, where the paramater should be I see this message:
"There are no Parameters for this Module"
I have:
changed the folder name
changed the xml file to the same as the folder name
changed the filename module details in the xml file
changed the class name
I am wondering if it's just not possible to do this.
Additionally, if I could also add the course description that would be very useful indeed.
Many thanks

Hi.
If you just want to have 2 modules with different options, you don't need to copy files or anything.
Just hit "New" in module manager and create a new instance of the joomdle courses module, with different name and options.
