Did he make an order through Tienda?
If so, you can manually mark the order as confirmed, marking the "do completed order tasks" checkbox.
That will do the same as if he had paid the order.
If there is no order in Tienda, I guess you will need to enrol him manually in the courses you want, through Moodle.
