[Closed] User ID does not exist in Joomla: -2492

Hi,

does anybody know where is problem? We have problems with user names with diacritic. So we decide to use an email instead of username. It works in joomla perfektly. But the problems come with joomdle. It seems that it is connected via username and after chcnging username we have lost the existing sync. The reason of these changes is User ID does not exist in Joomla: -2492 .

Does anybody knows how to repair or solve this problem? Is it necessary to lost this users?

Hi.

Joomdle does not support username changing, as that is the field used to sync.

I guess your old user is still in Moodle, so you would change his username there too, and user should be synced again.
