Hello again!

I have a problem with accents and special characters. The thing is that any post in the jomsocial wall that comes from moodle through jomdle looses everything form any accent contained in any text to the end of it.

Example: the category "miscelaneus" that in spanish is "miscelánea" appears as "miscel"

is it a problem regarding the inclusion of utf8? How can we fix it?
