I'm still getting the 404 page. I'll do more debugging but for now I have four accounts from the last user batch that I'd like to add to moodle as a non-editing teacher account, what is the best way to sync thier profiles without using the users view in joomdle?

That's weird, now the code is right, so I don't know what happens. Do the same debuggig you did before.
I think as a workaround you can:
- Create the accounts in Moodle
- Set their auth method to joomdle

Thanks for your efforts Antonio, I ended up copying the site to my PC (local web server) to upload the users. I then had to add five users and I didn't want to copy the site again so I tried your workaround and it worked like a charm! one thing I want to add to this workaround is that I needed to upload the users with csv file to moodle so I added authentication column to my csv file.

Thanks for your comments.
I will try to find a way to make the users view work with many users for a future release. Maybe dividing the process into steps, like some Akeeba does for upgrading....
